Scott Myers (Bill Austin) may look familiar to those from the Bloomington-Normal area since he has been active in this community for close to 50 years. From being teacher and principal in Unit Five schools, giving tours at the David Davis Mansion and Duncan Manor, and portraying an historical resident at the Evergreen Cemetery Walk, Scott believes in giving back to the community. He has been involved in over 30 Community Players productions as actor, director, board member and producer. Most recently he directed Elf the Musical for Community Players Theatre and was last seen on stage as Doc Gibbs in Our Town. Much like his character Bill Austin, Scott enjoys the outdoors, traveling, and spending time writing. He hopes you enjoy the show as you quietly sing along to the familiar tunes that will bring back memories from the 70’s and 80’s.
