Joe Culpepper (Nachum) began acting in Bloomington in 2007 in Annie Get Your Gun at Bloomington's Theater in the Park. Most of his eighteen plays have been at Community Players with favorite shows including Titanic, Of Mice & Men, Pajama Game, The Crucible, Sister Act, Guys & Dolls, and last spring's Cinderella. A favorite role was as the Rabbi in CPT's 2007 production of Fiddler, and now he is enjoying playing the very different role of a Beggar (type casting?😊). Joe is a retired pastor in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). He thanks his wife, Ellen, for her support of his theater passion and our great staff and cast for helping create a powerful show. To everyone, "May God bless you and grant you long lives!"
