Historian’s Corner
For the production of “Father of the Bride,” an item was put into the social notes section of The Pantagraph announcing the upcoming marriage of Miss Kay Banks to Mr. Buckley Dunston, Jr., at the Consistory, November 29 and 30 at 8:15. It also stated that the father of the bride would give her away. The program cover was designed to appear like a wedding announcement.
