John Tilford (Martini) is a veteran theatre person in the Champaign-Urbana area. This is his first production with Community Players. He is president of Twin City Theatre Company. He has also worked for Champaign Urbana Theatre Company, Danville Light Opera, Rantoul Theatre Group, The Celebration Company at The Station Theatre, Beef House Dinner Theatre, The Little Theatre on the Square, Red Mask Theatre, and Prairie Fire Theatre. Favorite roles: John Hinckley (Assassins), Sancho (Man of LaMancha), Frankie (Forever Plaid), and Eddie (Lost in Yonkers). John is retired from teaching English and Theatre after 34 years.
