Jessa Benson (Featured Dancer/Dance Captain) has been an active member at Community Players since 2017 as a past fundraising board member, director, choreographer, and actor. Some favorite roles to date include Mary Poppins (Mary Poppins), Yvette (Clue), Jovie (Elf), Ali (Mamma Mia!) and Texas (Cabaret). Jessa’s excited to share the stage with her husband, Nick (Lonny). By day, Jessa is an academic advisor to first-year fine arts and humanities majors and teaching collegiate communication courses. Her favorite role is being “dog mom” to her red heeler, Luna! Let's freakin' rock!
